My engine light came on, but my vehicle was driving fine. I could not get in with the dealership so I called Sevcik’s and they were able to get me in right away at least to check to see what the light meant. The next day they were able to get the work done and I was able to pick it up the same day! They were all super nice and kept me informed about everything. I will definitely be going back when needed!

Andrew and his team at Sevcik’s Service Center went above and beyond helping us diagnose our Infiniti QX80 this week. Our first-year college student needed assistance with our car when it wouldn’t start. We had him take it to Sevcik’s right away to find the issue. They kept excellent lines of communication open with both him and us throughout the entire process. They are honest, professional, and provide top-notch service. We highly recommend them! I love Sevciks!! As a college girl, they have been helpful, kind, and most importantly honest throughout my many visits with them!! Their staff seems like family and it is a great and welcoming place to come to! Also Aggie owned is always a plus👍👍 Come here for all of your car needs/ troubles!

Overall poor on what use to be a fantastic experience. Dropped off the car and it took 3 days for them to actually look at it. I had to call at the end of each day to get a status with the promise that we will look at it soon. Day 1 after approving work nobody would answer the phone from any call on my customer profile; when I called using my wife’s phone they picked up but claimed the technician had the paperwork and he was in the bathroom (very strange sequence of events). The work was satisfactorily completed; they made every step of the process difficult except making the payment. I no longer recommend

I've had a couple different vehicles worked on over the past few weeks. Pat, Andrew, Will, and everyone else I've worked with up front have been outstanding. On my last visit they had a load of donuts and kolaches delivered by a recent customer. Everyone was sure to include me in the feast and it was a great gesture. On a previous trip, when I was picking up my truck with my kids, a service tech came into the lobby and bought both of my kids candy from the vending machine out of his own money. Small gestures like these are rare these days and they do not go unnoticed!
